The project combines private accommodation with shared amenitiesincluding a street-level café and a coworking spacecreating a dynamic interface between guests, locals, and professionals.Architecturally, the design emphasizes modularity, spatial fluidity, and material authenticity. Clean volumes, generous glazing, and a warm palette of wood, terrazzo, and matte metals establish a welcoming yet contemporary atmosphere. The ground floor is conceived as a porous social threshold, activating the street edge while encouraging interaction and community.Parallel to the architectural development, the projects branding design was conceived as an extension of its spatial identity.
